Secret passions

I've realized lately that a lot of people who know me don't realize that I'm an ancient Egypt guru.

So now I'm interested to find out... what is a passion of yours that no one really knows about?

Secret Passion FOR beer, but more so the information on beer-tasting and collection of beer.

Moxy Fruvous was my secret passion. Now nobody knows I spend time on this website.

I also secretly dig hip-hop. Yo yo YO.

dig hip-hop such as Laurnen Hill, Outkast, Antipop Consortium... my hipster black friend Clay is my only fellow cool hip-hop friend. We made a shrine to John Kerry in a parking garage...

I bet you read "The Egypt Game" as a kid and maybe still own a copy. :-)

I don't talk about my coin collection much and I'm not sure if anyone on FHDC has actually seen it. It isn't huge but it's nice. My favorite is my 1817 Large Cent.

I really like rocks, like geology, and glaciation and all the crazy cool processes that have formed the earth and are constantly changing it in such small ways that we don't usually notice.

I really like music. I know it is hard to believe. It helps me focus and distracts me.

I like reading science magazines.

I really like going to church. Hanging out with God rocks my socks off.

mmm. composing.

my friends agree that if i learn to effectively compose/transcribe, that i will be just as big an asshole as Zappa!

Bleh.

Friends who know me from somewhere other than fruvous would know this, but I dont know how many of you know that I'm a big fan of 50s and 60s music, and that I am an absolute starstruck groupie when it comes to the Go-gos.
