why in the world does he avoid canada like the plague, anyway? hell, he even makes a yearly trip up to alaska, but i've never seen a canadian tour date in the many years i've been following him. i guess i shouldn't complain, he could have gone to canada instead of michigan and ohio this month. *grins*

actually, I was just introduced to him by the lovely Josh. I can't believe I didn't find him before. I may be still stuck in a personal realm of musical isolation. Although I am branching out. And yes, I am not pleased that he avoids my country. I may have to drag him to Canada myself with a giant pair of musician- attracting tweezers. yeah. the same ones I'm using on David, who BTW is still mine, Carey. that's all.

Heheh...saw Josh at my very first Peter show...I was there to see Jess Klein and I heard Peter for the first time that night. Blown. Away. :) And I remember looking up at the balcony at the Iron Horse and saying "is that JOSH up there? What the heck is he doing here?" Well, taping, obviously. But the context messed with my mind. Ohio fruhead at MA non-fru show? Doink!

*laughs* i remember that! i'm not quite sure how i ended up there, i just remember how sweet that show was. i think peter was nervous, that was his first time at the horse, but he did great. fwiw, that was right after i graduated college and i went on a road trip that started off corresponding to a peter tour through new england.

yay! i get to see peter tonight. and he has goody in tow. and goody has his hot-off-the-press CD in tow. mm.

I don't get to see Peter untul 9/28...yay Iron Horse! (And I hope to see the CD release subway players extravaganza at the Somerville Theater but that is yet to be determined.)

yay, my birthday! but boo, you get to see the somerville show! look for tapers, i wanna copy! that's a huge venue, i wonder how that's going to go. and it's where i first saw him. aww :-)
