I became irritable out of nowhere

Yeah, there are times when I get that way too...I recognize it but just can't pin down why the heck I'm easily agitated and get into this all people suck mood (this past Friday was one of those days). For me, usually it's lack of sleep coupled with a bunch of stresses, but sleep does tend to help. *hugs* and take care, Zach.
