I can have a roll call of my own. Weeee! :D

We have booked a table at Hugh's Room for this show, so if you're planning on coming, just mention my name (Katherine Maheux) and that you'd like to be added to our table.

Tickets are $12 CDN in advance, and let me remind you that we have been assured by Mr. Ford himself that he will be playing until they physically remove him from the stage.

I'll see you there at your table!

I'm certainly planning on going. I just have to (as usual) beg for the time off. But as far as I know, I'll be going - getting in on Thursday late or Friday morning. Whee!!! Can't wait!

Are you booking the ticket Lisa? I'm planning on paying for mine when I'm at Ron Sexsmith next week, so if you want me to book one for you let me know and you can pay me back for it....

Thanks Leanne, but I'll just book it with my credit card, since I'm not *totally* sure I'll be going yet. If you could ask whether or not it's close to sold out though, I'd appreciate it. ;-)

$12adv/$14 Opening set: Daniel Howlett

Mike Ford is a singer-songwriter most known as 25% of multi-platinum folk-pop-vaudeville-soca-hop-rock-harmonists Moxy Fruvous. He is currently bringing his acclaimed one-man "Canada In Song" musical history performances to schools and theatres across Ontario. Besides his extensive work with Fruvous, Mike has written 4 full-length musicals, has been composer/musical director for The Necessary Angel Theatre Company, and is presently creating his first solo CD, a collection of 12 of his original Canadian History-themed songs. Mike has appeared on such programs as Morningside (with Peter Gzowski) and Late Night with Conan O'Brien and has been featured as guest vocalist on numerous recordings, including David Francey's Juno Award-winning "Far End of Summer".

Daniel Howlett
---------------
Daniel Howlett is a Toronto based folk singer-songwriter who has a knack for getting audiences involved and singing along. Born and raised in Hogtown on a healthy diet of Pete Seeger and Stan Rogers, Howlett now brings his original repertoire to the stage with music bearing influence from blues, country and Celtic traditions. Adeptly accompanying himself on guitar, banjo, piano and percussion, his rich bass voice delivers everything from ballads to lullabies to songs for social change.
