And I could cry over the price differences!!!� I'm hoping that this super-duper increase in rent costs will prompt me to get my butt in gear for a spectacularly high paying job!� :)

the management at ours *rules* - they're awesome. the maintenence guy always responds quickly and i've never really had a problem. they're even letting me pay off my pet deposit in little monthly payments, because it cost me an arm and a leg to move in (no specials going on that month, i needed an immediate move-in) and i couldnt afford the extra $200.

your place looks like 3x bigger though. mine is like 3 rooms and very tiny. my poor puppy is so cramped!
