I hate fridays

I went to see Austin Powers 3 the weekend xXx came out.� I had never seen so many idiotic teeny-boppers in one place in my life.

I have to confess that I rarely equate the weekend as being a prime movie-viewing extravaganza for myself.� First, the husband works most weekends (see a movie alone?� I think not.)� Second, who the heck can afford full-price flicks?� I prefer Tuesdays, when the discount theater offers late-run movies at 50 cents a person before 6PM.

I do confess that I saw "Nemo" opening weekend.� For the record, there were more adults at that particular showing than children.� That made it almost bearable.� ("Children."� Eeeeee.)
