death come unto me.

   Discussion: death come unto me.

I know you feel bad, but please don't take diet pills. They can cause heart, stomach, sexual, skin, hair, and lots of other problems, if you're already feeling stressed they increase that, which can result in almost any of the above problems, and could pull you into depression (more so). Does NY have free health coverage? I'm sure if they do you'd be covered. That would be a much better route, and you can talk to a doctor or nurse practitioner, about your mood swings, it could just be clinical depression. I go through times of feeling great, then in a matter of minutes can sit in my room crying for hours, I've been tested for bi-polar disorder, which I don't have. Could be the same, but do see if there's a free health coverage program and write down mood swings, what happened before the switch from happy to sad, sad to happy, etc. *hugs* I love you Erica, be safe.

Talk to another therapist, always get a 2nd or 3rd opinion on things like that. If you're set on being "skinny" that's another thing that is good to talk to your dr. about. They can set you up with something far less harmful then diet pills. If they were to give you some sort of a diet pill though, make sure they know if you are taking any other meds, and it doesn't hurt to ask your pharmisist if there are any drug interactions.
