Why are they making you work so many hours???� They certainly can't expect you to be very productive on the 3rd day, so what gives?

I was productive on the 3rd day.... even though I didn't have a chance to eat anything all day... and my legs gave out comming down the stairs once... granted I wasn't as productive as usual, but I was more so than the assistant manager who is a moron.

Is the moron the one who scheduled those hours?

well, no. but the assistant is the one who pissed off workers so they didn't show� ip for work so i had to cover for them... so in the end he's still to blame.

I had to work 120 hours over two weeks at a music store during Christmas season.� I accepted all those extra hours as they kept on asking me to work more hours, but you think they would have tried to schedule more people and make sure they could work, so that others wouldn't have to work themselves crazy.
