Tape Trading

Okay, I'm not exactly a newbie, but I have a newbie-type question that belongs here. How does the tape trading page work? If someone could explain it, that would be very cool.

Basically, look for someone who is "newbie friendly" and has a show you want... then email or fru-message them to set up a trade or a blanks/postage deal.
