Sounds good. :) One thing we tried at home that I thought might be "good" but ended up being "amazing" was a grilled salami and provolone sandwich. Just a few slices of salami, couple slices of provolone cheese, and grill it up like you would a normal GCS. So. Good.

Also I love to put bacon and tomato into my grilled cheeses.

It's SO good. Seriously. And salami is just as easily kept for a long time in the fridge as the other ingredients you mention. :)

I tried cheddar and salami last night. Very very good. I'm still trying to track down provolone, *sigh*, sucks living in this bass ackwards hick town sometimes
