Mariposa Folk Festival

Anyone planning on going to Mariposa? It's July 4-6 2003, in Orillia with Bruce Cockburn headlining. I've got a hotel room with space for one or two extra people, if anyone's looking to crash. And hey, if you're driving through Toronto to get there and can pick me up, all the better!

But it's the same weekend as Barbershop Int'l in Montreal!  Everyone MUST come to Montreal and check out my chorus in the chorus competition!

Well, I'll be at Mariposa. Because...I live here. And I can walk over to the fest grounds. :)

I wish I could clone myself so that I could be in both places though! Plus, Mariposa so far has a really good lineup. Cockburn is awesome.

Dude, I was entirely planning to until I found out about how much it costs. I'm sorry, I just can't afford to pay to travel to Montreal, and pay for the full registration for the competition. Norg and I are trying to work out a good time for me to show up in Montreal around then though, so I might still see you.

We must exchange everyone's cell phone numbers so that we can find good times to meet up with everyone.  I'm also going to start a forum here for Int'l later, along with my hotel room information, which could serve as party central. :)
