"Beginnings" songs

anyone have any song* suggestions that have to do with beginnings, new beginnings, starting, etc?

*folk/singer-songwriter only, please. the more recent/contemporary, the better.

Hmm... I don't know... would Dar Williams "Better Things" qualify? I recommend the version from 'Out There Live', personally.

i'd go with "spring street" instead, actually.

also "new beginning" from tracy chapman's album of the same name, and maybe "born again" by we're about 9.
