About You:	My scary friend (I love you dearie) kept talking about this really weird-sounding band. I had to check it out. (Hell, she told me about Guster, so how wrong could she be?) Huh. So, um, yeah. La la la. I'm madly in love with the human race. And a misanthrope . . . very possible to be both. Give me books and shtuff like that and I'll be overly happy. And by the way -- does anyone know any good teach-yourself-Chinese type books? I've got one, but it's from (no joke) 1943 and near-impossible to get through. This is making teaching myself rather difficult. And no, I don't know where that came from.
