As most of you know, I went back to school this fall to earn my MLIS. This quarter I'm taking a course in research methods, and for our group project we're doing an exploratory study on the make-up of a successful web community. We've studied some theories on what makes a successful web community, and we're interested in comparing those theories to the actual world we're living in here.
I set up this account for the other members of my group so that they can look around, see how the site works, and learn what I mean when I say I'm fruming or on the Wall or whatever :)
We'll be posting a survey in the forums fairly soon, and look forward to your input. Please feel free to frum us with any questions.
