| Location: | Buffalo, New York | | About You: | I currently live in Buffalo, NY and first saw Fruvous at the Friendship Festival in 1992. After that, I picked up CDs whenever I was in Canada, but I was living in Binghamton, NY and wasn't on a mailing list or anything, so I didn't get to see them live again until 1998 when I discovered the website! Since then I've seen them 15 more times (as of 9/1/00), trying to make up for some lost time I guess. Other artists I like are Sarah McLachlan, Lisa Loeb, Barenaked Ladies, James Taylor, Tory Cassis, George Michael, Depeche Mode, The Cure, and a lot of others. I recently began taking piano lessons, so I'm excited to be learning to read music and play an instrument (I'll have to learn to play some Fruvous on the piano). I'm a computer programmer/analyst by profession. I like to travel, and also really enjoy history (especially New York State history and colonial/Revolutionary War periods) and architecture. I'm really impressed with the "family feeling" and diversity amongst Fruvous fans and hope to have an opportunity to get to know more of you! |
