A note from Tory...

Dave Matheson, Murray Foster and I are doing a show on Sunday October 16th as part of a fundraising music series at Eastminster United (310 Danforth Avenue) one of the local united churches. We will be joined by Mark Mariash on drums and potentially a few other musical guests. It will be a $15 ticket and the show starts at 7pm for 2 sets of music. It's a wide mixture of music and we are having fun looking at a bunch of stuff ranging from country gospel to classic pop with a few originals thrown in for good measure. It's been a while since I had a chance to sing a lot of harmony with such great singers. It would be a great help if you could pass this news along to anyone who might like to come and enjoy an early show. Thanks and I'll let you know if we have any other shows coming up. Thanks for the info. I won't be able to make it (school night.. to far away) but I'm hoping I can find someone to roll some tape on this one. Any clue if Tory and others would be open to having this recorded?

I'm sure Tory wouldn't mind it being recorded. I'll double check with him though. (He's not the fast car in the race though *g*) He's normally up for it. I'll ask Mur's gf too 'cause that will likely be a quicker response. ;-)

The word out of Tory is as long as it's discrete, it shouldn't be a problem. And "as long as it's not for sale...for lots of money...all over the world". Smartass. ;-)
