Josh Cragun was a roomate of mine at the time and ran a Fruvous website. I thought "wood" was brilliant and was even more interested to find that Fruvous had a comedic side as well. I have just attended my second concert after a four year wait. I believe it was the first time Moxy Fruvous has played in Iowa. It was on election night 11-2-99 at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa. Once again I stormed the guys backstage. This time, in typical fan fashion, I begged them to take a copy of my own attempt at an album. What a great show. |
