WARNING!!

hey so I got screwed again. my boss was looking threw some law books at the book store and found that the minimum wage in maine for a salary worker is 360.00 a month, and I have been getting 325.00 so yeah they are going to give me a raise and back payments and I have a lawyer all ready for the intimidation factor. wouldn't it just be wonderful if people could NOT be smarmy? just you all keep your heads up too.

it looks to me like the minimum for a salaried exempt employee (not an hourly worker) is $360.50/week, not month, so you're 4x screwed.
