Fortune cookie blunders
heh, I had one that said "Yu are good at miking new friends" Rod and I laughed about that one for hours..I think I still have it somewhere! ...so....how do you "mik" new friends? ~J~ One of my favorite pranks is to ask to borrow someone's graphing calculator, type "You are going to die" on it, turn it off, and then hand it back to them. The look on their face when they turn it back on is priceless.
Hey, Only Ellen can make fun of my spelling! I force her to fix it! So unless I ask, you just have to side with everyone else that it's one of my more enduring qualities!
Hmmm. Well, I suspect your spelling difficulties will be around for quite some time. So I guess "enduring" works in a way! *just had to take advantage of my god given right to mock you-- with love of course*
Baby, after the atrocities of spelling I have subjected you, too, and then asked you to fix them, you have every right!
When converting between certain character encodings, a single apostrophe would be translated into the accented i. Most noticeably, this happens when going to/from Microsoft Word, because they use a special character for the single apostrophe instead of an ASCII standard.
Yay desert tortoises! I did a Student Conservation Association internship where I worked with those guys - they try so hard to be monsters, but they're just too adorable to be threatening! And that is a perfect fortune for one!
I was tracking them using radiotelemetry, and yes, they can be quick little buggers when they're on the move. We'd get some that'd move almost 500 meters over a week!
I once got THREE!
...Does that make me fortunate? --Rachel Marie (pronounced the French way, just for fun) You must first create an account to post.
